Old blonde woman was extremely rude to my boyfriend when he went down to get kitten food for our kitten. He explained to her that he had store credit but she said that they didnt have it without even checking and when my boyfriend asked her to check she got arsey and said in a sterner voice that she KNOWS that it isnt there and her attitude when my boyfriend went to pay was disgusting she ended up walking away and letting a younger male member of staff served him he was lovely to my boyfriend the place itself is nice with a great range of toys food and other stuff for your pets its just a shame that employee was so rude
