I was there just before Christmas and today on Boxing day too and both days I had the same lady Yve who helped to find the ring I was looking for. Not just that, today I was planning to buy one ring but I was so undecided and I tried quite a few rings but Yve was so friendly, helpful and patient she actually showed me how to stack rings together and still can look gorgeous. So ended up buying 2 rings and Yve made me so special. Thank you for this I will never forget. :)

Went there today. I asked Eve the assistant for advice on gifts. Showing an email I received. She promptly found the items.checked sizes and descriptions. Wrapped and packed the items. Gave me better than 5 star service. Many thanks.will definitely call in again.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Salma at Pandora, and I am genuinely surprised she is still considered a trainee and doesn?t have her own name badge. She delivered an exceptional experience, with outstanding service and impressive product knowledge.
Salma embodies everything you?d expect from a Pandora team member: elegance, high quality, and meticulous attention to detail. She helped me make a big transition from wearing silver jewellery to gold with confidence. Her guidance in designing my bracelet was invaluable?she explained the importance of safety chains and clips, how to build up my collection over time with charms and spacers, and even how to care for my jewellery properly. She demonstrated the use of the pink side of the polishing cloth for gold and highlighted the benefits of Pandora?s cleaning kit.
She also introduced me to the Wishlist feature on the My Pandora app, which has been so helpful for planning future purchases. Thanks to her, I feel confident and excited about continuing to build my collection.
Salma truly represents the best of Pandora, and I?ll definitely return to the store to seek her assistance again. A big thank you to Salma?she deserves her own name badge for the incredible work she does!

Good store for Pandora jewellery. Knowhere to sit down, as no chairs, so ask for one. It's expensive, but you are paying for the name. Bought a Granddaughter Heart Bracelet Gift set and an 18th Celebration Dangle Charm with a Jewellery Cleaning Kit, and it cost £151.50 in all.
