The grumpier staff I've ever met. I'm only visited in the morning and she seems to be working every morning so can't talk about afternoon. She isnt helpful at all.No smiles, no friendly greeting, she ain't appeared to want to be there.

I use this shop regularly and whilst I'm aware that most people will only complain about things I'm happy to give credit where it's due. The staff are some of the best I've seen. Sadly ,and all too often, I can go into a store where the staff are very few, don't want to work there and are sullen and moody. My experience in this one stop over the last few weeks has now made it my first call for shopping. In particular, a young lady, who's name I noted from her name badge, called Amanda has been most helpful. I deal with cancer and she really puts herself out there to assist me with practical help and a smile. I don't feel rushed and am very grateful for her patience. A five star service which is worth my time in putting my review on here. Well done all and thanks.

Great food, drinks, toiletries, ingredients, supplies and whatever else you need. Great quality service from everyone in there, easily laid out, fast shop. Couldn?t wish for a better local corner shop. 10/10

What an amazing team that run the Townsend Bournemouth store it?s not just a shop it?s a community asset they are always getting behind the local area and it?s resident s - always super helpful and kind - they are a credit to us all x
