I?ve put one star just to leave this complaint. Staff are DISGRACEFUL. They don?t even greet you. Most throw change back at you. Very rude I won?t be shopping in this store anymore.

I like Madeira cake and my Tobacco and think the staff are great, friendly and really try to please most of the unfriendly customers that shop there.

Completely ruined this shop. For years a cat has been visiting this shop and keeping customers happy, but then one STUPID person, just ONE, complained, and now all of us are upset as the staff arent allowed to pet the cat any more. I wont be going back until they see sense!
