Went in today to return some Evri parcels and had the misfortune of being served by the Manager. To say she lacked Customer Service Skills is an understatement. She did not acknowledge customers (and just glared). She needs some training in politeness and putting a smile on her face.

I went in early evening and the store was a mess. I just wanted bread and milk but it is very limited choice, white bread is OK but wholemeal is a choice of take it or leave it, milk is full fat or semi skimmed. I guess the people in my area are not too healthy because cakes and biscuits were a plentiful choice. The staff was absent at the checkout but when she did arrive she wasn't friendly and rushed me so she could serve the people behind me. Not a great experience and one I will not be repeating any time soon.

They like to lock the shop doors early and refuse to take parcels even when the shop is still supposed to be open for another hour. Has happened more than once, poor customer service and the staff are rude, not worth the trip

Update?. New management, not so friendly, shelves are empty most of the time, can?t even find the newspapers! I shop elsewhere now.\\n\\nPerfect shopping experience, the staff are friendly and helpful, the store is always clean and tidy even when they are working a delivery they are working tidily.

I went tonight at around 9:40pm to buy some milk to enjoy my instant coffee and my delicious granola tomorrow morning, but sadly the shop assistant didn?t want to open the shop although the sign showed Mon-Sat 06:00 to 22:00. So disappointing.
