There wasn’t any atmosphere to speak of as it was early lunchtime and we were the only people in the pub! When we left other customers had started to arrive. We would definitely go back again.”

“Me and my fiancé recently held our engagement party in Aruba, and it was absolutely perfect! We booked a comfy space for our family on the sofas then ate in the restaurant. Rose was particularly amazing! She was very accommodating and did everything she could to ensure our party were happy and comfortable. The food was great and everything was brought out on time and the servers were excellent and well organised. We were very happy with everything during our experience at Aruba and so were our guests! :) a great venue, amazing staff, and great food and drinks.”

“Halo has the potential to be a great nightclub. The venue is cool, soundsystem while not being loud is clear and visual displays and extras are great. DJ however for the night I went too was terrible. Constant chopping of tunes and mixing styles to the point the set had no rhythm or style. It ended up feeling like a school disco. So improve the music and this place will be great.”

“Honestly it’s a decent nightclub, love the layout and different rooms for music, just a few little issues such as the fact the restrooms don’t have locks which work, so if you don’t like urinals,(or if you need to go for a poo poo) you’re out of luck, and this could easily be fixed! It’s not sometimes the cleanest and you’ll come out legally deaf, but it is what it is.”

“I have been here many times and Bar So is my favourite cocktail bar in Bournemouth . Every cocktail I’ve had, has been perfect . I went once for food and it is very very average . Squid was ok, the nori taco was unsatisfying and the chicken karage and takoyaki balls were ok too. Despite the food , the bar itself and the drinks are great . They’ve often got 2-4-1 going on too which is a bonus .”
