Visited again today and if could give ten stars I would?
Lovely organised shop all made great with the staff who are the important ones to make a place nice to visit in the challenging Retail world.
Spoke with Alice who was so kind helping me choose items and giving me honest opinion so thank you Alice and also a ten star to Amy and Mathi who were great too:) so thank you my girls for making my shopping there move from good to great???

I returned a knitted item that was clearly pilling only to be told they would not refund. The manger was called and if Im Honest her cardigan had the worst case of pilling I?ve ever seen!!!! Maybe it?s ok for some but not me. The other assistant was very defensive. If the refund was out her own pocket I could understand. Maybe it?s a new look I?m not sure Eventually they refunded me.

Just wanted to say how pleasant Gaby was today. A lovely girl. Naphi was super lovely and helpful over the phone too. Keep up the good work.
I then had to ring the store later that day as concerned by QR code return hadn't registered as had no email. And the girl was super helpful and said it had registered. And what to do if I am didnt get refund in few days.
Very impressed with the procedure for dropping off returns that's super fast at the tills and I was also told a new system coming soon that I can drop off without having to queue. Only bad is no receipt did drop off?????
Bad bits. :no receipt for dropped off online returns. No email sometimes confirming too. And the wait for refund back to card is too long. It should be processed withing 3 days like everywhere else and you should be able to off set online returns in store against a purchase in store. Not everyone can wait for refund before buying again ??
