I've been to over 100 Nando's all over the country and never been treated so blunt and so rude in my life. Half of the store is empty but she's telling me waiting time is 45 minutes ? I said that's fine then she goes food order in time is 30 minutes. Clearly wanting me to leave. Me and my family just wanted to have a meal with my 3 year old daughter. We were in the waiting area for only 5 minutes and got called thinking 45 minutes lol. So many red flags. The foods came burnt, when we
Mentioned it they said new one will take 1 hour to replace lol. Clearly the staff just wants to finish their working hours and go home. Just spent £68 and I can say if I spent just half elsewhere I would have been much happier. Stay away from this nandos.

The staff refused to sell the chicken to save it for the people who came later while there were many of us.

We had Natchos to take in the cinema, they were stale n the sauces had a skin on top where they were reheated.
Generally it let us down n deflated :( ?

Being a vegetarian and visiting Nando?s because we wanted something ?different? it was our mistake!
Definitely a joke, I ordered extra halloumi for £1,95 and they remove the plant based meat and put the halloumi, I assume if you?re ordering extra is for some reason?
Totally overpriced and bad food!

I don't usually do a review for a chain restaurant but I just had to write a review about the young gentleman who works at this Nandos. Unfortunately his name escapes me but he is a young, very tall slim man.
He us a wonderful, friendly, helpful and polite young man.
My wife is disabled and uses an electric scooter and the young guy who works here is always helpful and very understanding.
He's always happy, charming, professional and very polite. He is an absolute credit to Nandos and in fact any establishment. I must also mention the young manager who is also very helpful and polite.
If I can find out the names of these 2 great employees then I will edit this review to make sure that they get the credit they deserve.

Speedy friendly service - great food as always

This is an in-store experience.I ordered chips and mac and cheese and it came out tasting like it had been cooked for about 3 minutes max , the chips were soft and the mac and cheese came soggy it?s clear that they had just rushed to get the food out asap and this is very unprofessional.

Usual good bang per buck you get at Nando's, but the service was below par at this one. No doubt the system of paying upfront affects it.
