I came here to return an online order and the guy that served me was so helpful, i explained we were going to Ibiza to get married and he was very attentive and gave us some great tips. I went into Moss Bros in Bournemouth to find a suit for my wedding, and I couldn?t be more impressed with the experience. The manager and the young lad who served me were absolutely fantastic ? friendly, professional, and full of great advice. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and helped me find everything I needed for the big day. Thank you both for your amazing service!

Moss Bournemouth - Hmmmm....Clothes are decent and I like the styles they sell, the shop is fairly well presented but the staff...they are something else. They are always stood up at the far end of the store so attracting their attention near the till is impossible and the male members of staff wear ridiculous (and rather scruffy) baseball caps...indoors...in a mens tailoring shop...odd to say the least. When I was in there collecting a 'Click & Collect' order, the manager (I presume), was de-briefing a female colleague on a customer complaint made against her - in front of me and not terribly discreet. It was embarrassing for the female staff member and myself. All just a bit of a lacklustre and disappointing customer experience. Feels like we have let standards slip so much and this is what we are willing to accept.

We were initially happy with the service before the wedding, but what happened in the final days completely ruined our experience with Moss Bros.
The day before the wedding, after driving over an hour to the venue, we discovered that the tie I had carefully brought for my dad?a tie I had ironed a picture of the two of us onto as a special keepsake?was a different colour from the rest. This was devastating, as it was meant to be a meaningful moment.
I tried to speak directly with Daniel, who had been our main contact throughout, but he avoided my calls and passed me between staff who kept putting me on hold. When I finally got through, Daniel?s response was incredibly dismissive. He said ?it?s common for the father of the bride to have a different tie to stand out? ? which is ridiculous, because if I had wanted that, I would have planned it from the start. He also told me my dad could ?wear their tie on another occasion,? completely ignoring the personal significance of the tie I?d brought.
Then, on the morning of the wedding, my husband found a security tag still attached to his waistcoat just one hour before I was due to walk down the aisle. He was absolutely furious and rightfully so. I tried contacting Daniel again but got no answer on his mobile. Eventually, the shop phoned and told us to go to Tesco to remove the tag ourselves if it was closer than them coming out to Weymouth to fix it. This was beyond embarrassing and humiliating on our wedding day. Thankfully, a groomsman managed to remove the tag without damaging the waistcoat.
When we returned the suits the Monday after, I was still so disappointed with the whole experience. Daniel didn?t seem to care or understand the stress and disappointment we went through. We got a small refund, but it doesn?t come anywhere close to making up for the ruined moment, the stress, and the fact that my dad never got to wear the special tie I had put so much thought into.
This experience was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend Moss Bros to anyone.

Appalling shop. Daniel is an ignorant employee who never stops talking about himself . Sold me a rubbish suit clearly doesn?t care about clients. Go elsewhere if you want decent service!

Avoid at all costs. My partner came for a shirt for our wedding day and was treated awful. The female retailer persisted on telling him no each time he wanted to try alternative sizes. Then another male retailer (manager I think) chimed in and both were belittling us in front of other customers. Telling him what for, seeking an argument and basically told us to go elsewhere or take what only they suggest. I refused to entertain their vulgar behaviour and argue back, we left, went next door and got a beautiful shirt and tie within minutes with the best service.
Just avoid, don?t let them ruin your mood just because they?re so unhappy.

Very nice shop (excellent) I buy my clothes there every time that I need anything the staff are excellent and they suddenly know what they're doing if you got to ask for the price it means that you cannot afford it .

Ive been a long standing customer for years and recently went in to buy a suit for my son. Daniel always remembers me by name every time and is always so welcoming and this time was no exception. His customer service is second to none and I think he's a great asset to Moss Bros. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience choosing my wedding suit at Moss Bros in Bournemouth. I attended three appointments with Tom who was extremely helpful and professional every step of the way. From picking out different coloured suits to recommending accessories to match, he could not have done enough for us! He made my fiancée and I feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the entire experience.

Our experience hiring wedding suits from Moss Bros was the worst experience I?ve ever had and with it being for a wedding, made this all even worse
Here?s what we faced:
Impersonal Booking Experience: On the day of booking, we couldn?t even see the suit in person. For an occasion as important as a wedding, the process felt hollow and uninspired. It should have been exceptional. It wasn?t.
Misleading Payment Information: We were told payment could be split among groomsmen. That wasn?t true. What followed was confusion and frustration for all involved.
Discontinued Suit, No Notice: We selected a suit only to learn?through one of our groomsmen?that it had been discontinued. This critical oversight forced us into unnecessary back-and-forth during a stressful time
Incorrect Final Invoice: The invoice was wrong, overcharging us. Thankfully, we caught it. But why was this mistake made in the first place
Unprofessional Conduct from Bournemouth GM: A call with Daniel, your General Manager, was the low point. His tone was condescending, dismissive, and disrespectful?calling me ?young lady? when I am 31. His comments, especially ?you?ll laugh about this after the wedding,? were astonishingly inappropriate.
The wrong suits arrived. At final collection, the suits were meant to have cufflinks spaces, instead; they all had buttons Another thing that moss seemed to not even bother to care about or try to rectify.
Through all of this, the only bright spot was Liam. He was helpful, attentive, and the one person who made any part of this process easier. His professionalism stood out in stark contrast to the rest of the experience, and he deserves to be recognized.
We?re spending nearly £1,000 for this service. The process should have felt special. Instead, it was marked by miscommunication, errors, and disrespect.
I expect a detailed explanation of how these failures happened, the steps you?ll take to ensure this doesn?t happen again, and appropriate compensation for the unnecessary stress and frustration caused.

Hired a tux over the weekend for a James Bond themed party. They sized me up from head to toe. Tux fitted perfectly. Great service throughout the process. Would definitely hire from them again. Highly recommend their fitting service for any event.
