Went in and described a dress i'd seen last year that they dont sell any more. The lady knew exactly the dress I meant and knew there was one in their stock room and that its on discount at the mo. She went and got it for me, last one in stock, in my size. She waited while i tried it on and was soooo lovely. Needless to say i bought the dress and am very happy. Best customer service i've recieved, probably ever. ? Looking forward to wearing the dress for my wedding next month.

Tamsin was so very helpful, I could not decide on jewellery and she helped me pick. Because of her I was able to get all the jewellery I needed to go with my dress.

Had a lovely experience today at monsoon friendly staff amazing customer service lovely lady called Lisa done my ear for me ear piercing took her time made sure it was in perfect place made sure I was very happy with my purchase very professional. A wonderful job done looks amazing thank you very much. Also loads of information very confident and happy. And the other member of staff I spoke to to find out about it all was amazing too. What a great shop. If there was another star, I would add an extra one So this is a six rating ?

Unhelpful Staff
I was charged twice at Mansoon Castle Point and was told the refund would be processed in a few days. Still no refund. One of the staff members was unhelpful and rude when we tried to resolve the issue. Very disappointing I will not return to this store

I had an issue that led to me needing something black tie friendly with about 4 hours to get sorted. I called before heading in and was reassured I would find something suitable and they would help me. In the shop they were so helpful getting things out from the back for me and checking how I was doing. I was so happy with the dress I ended up with and felt really good. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and encourage people to actually talk to the staff not just have a quick look. They are awesome. Sorry I didn't get your name!

Nice shop, slightly overpriced, clothes a bit dated, but well worth a visit.
