i came in a couple weeks ago on my break and i was served by the kindnest women called faye! she made sure i wasn?t late back to my shift and the food was lovely hot and fresh couldn?t recomend this place more sweetest staff especially faye

I ordered from tha app of McDonalds they delivered somewhere else, when I try to contact the restaurant for a refund they told me they have cooked and send it through ube r that is their responsibility but I had the purchase on the mc Donald app that they are not going to refund it so now I am waiting for finish my job and go there to grab that manager and get my money back scammers!!!

Terrible location and unfit for purpose. Towards the exit of a very busy Asda, meaning that there is nowhere to wait without being in somebody's way. Bombarded by people bumping into you or trollies, it is just hectic. Self-serve machines were out of receipts, which meant it relied on customers to remember their numbers ( people didn't) and staff unable to get the food out. I saw my number "being prepared" and then dissappear after 10 minutes. I asked the staff straight away , to which I was told they had already done that order. After a few back and forth I was told they were remaking it a total of 25 minutes waiting , I got it and opened it at my car to find the sharer box that I ordered wasn't there and instead, just 4 cheese bites and one of the burgers looked like it had been thrown up against a wall and then wrapped. Other items missing too. Attention to detail and quality control is definitely not considered in this store.

I accept they were extremely busy due to the Christmas period shoppers but after waiting a long time for the food which we took home to then find out we had completely the wrong order
I have since been back to complain and try and get a refund to be told I can't get one as I didn't bring the other food back to the store which would have meant getting once against stuck in all the shoppers traffic. To be honest I accept mistakes happen and I'm not one to post a review but a bit of decent customer service goes a long way and I would say this bunch needs some more training.

I came in at 10:50 and asked what time milkshake would start. I was told at 11:00 so I went into the shopping store and came back 10mins later.
I order a milkshake and the lady said that it was not available. She then said it was being cleaned and would be later in the evening when it would be ready.
I asked to speak to the manager the lady said it was her first shift.
The lady with an accent and a yellow scarf around her neck neck came over and she said it was being cleaned all day.
She raised her hand and shouted at me saying EVERY THURSDAY IT GETS CLEANED. she waved her hand in the air aggressively pointing at me and walked off.
I feel humiliated and embarrassed of her behaviour.
I suffer with anxiety and coming in to have a milkshake and fries whilst the store is quiet was absolutely devastating for me. I heard the staff laughing in the background.
I ended up ordering a coffee and I saw the manager in a white but she just ignored me whilst she emptied bins behind the counter. It looked like the white shirt lady was busy working whilst the aggressive lady with the yellow scarf just stood chatting to a colleague. I have never been so humiliated and belittled in a McDonalds before.

Ordered 9 chicken selects and when i got home , i had 9 chicken nuggets. Pretty disappointed by this.
