This is the main McDonalds for Bournemouth Town centre. It's a very busy restaurant, so food takes a little longer than other places. Plenty of seating, but can get busy a peak times. Easy access for disabled people, but the store is located partway up a slight incline.

Just terrible!! Visited today, with family (6 children included, hence the choice of McDonalds). Anyway, it was packed! With next to no staff on the floor to help filter customers through. Could barely push through a pushchair, let alone if someone used a wheelchair. One of the self service machines were not working! Waited over 30 minutes for my food, amongst SEVERAL others who had been waiting ages! Obviously the children were unhappy, asked politely where food was and 1st time completely ignored. Then told okay it's coming which it did not and then when I was giving the food they'd forgotten drink. Also the food was not hot. It just had an off atmosphere with people becoming frustrated not just myself.

Can be busy and understaffed, but generally quick and hot.
Dietary restrictions: No lactose free or milk alternatives
Kid-friendliness: Small play area suitable for under 5s

You can?t get served here by staff they only take app payments no cash here and they refuse to have anyone on the serving tills so you could stand there for hours and no one ever comes as usual McDonald?s don?t care because they make billions I would avoid this store as it?s dirty and crowded all day and no mobile signal inside
I?m hungry and just wanted food but they won?t serve you ever here
About 15 tons of salt on the fries staff are depressed and men are being prejudiced against as men?s toilets upstairs

New kitchen, it's obviously a McDonald's, and the staff is very friendly.
