Lovely food as always. You can't go wrong with it. Was looking for sofas on this visit and not many out which is a shame as they have more than enough space. No one to help us either. Went at Christmas and although busy queues not too bad and a nice selection of Christmas decorations etc out. Lovely cheese selection. Top marks as usual.

We had a lovely experience in the castle point branch. They have just about everything in there and it?s well laid out and user friendly. The staff were polite, patient and helpful and I shall be buying my new bedding from here!

I popped into M&S Castlepoint yesterday to buy the star of the show: Colin the caterpillar cake. It wouldn't be a party without Colin! #cuthbertwho?? The lovely man on bakery showed me the mountain of Colins on his Gold Medal podium (rightfully earned) that I had somehow walked past without seeing! For a saturday as you can imagine it was busy but the man was happy and cheerful talking to me about how poor Colin gets walked past quite a few times a day so I didn't feel completely oblivious haha. #justiceforcolin and even with the rush it was lovely to talk to such a happy worker!! I didn't get the mans name but you know who you are! And keep being the happiest Colin supporter you can be?

My wife and I have just driven in from Folkestone after a long ferry journey and we stopped at your cafe for breakfast. Have to say - fantastic service. The waitress was brilliant and ensured we were both happy with our meals. More than happy with the food and the service. Well done, M&S café staff.

No saucers in the café. Tiny coffee ?mugs? too, about the size of a small teacup. Best to get your tea or coffee somewhere else.
