Just got a painful cut from the hanger of your Autograph jeans at your Castlepoint store. I was looking through the rail and must have caught the size tag (with razor sharp edges) badly.
No, I?m not suing or bringing a vexatious claim or anything silly like that. It is just that as a premium clothing retailer, you?d think that you?d know to take care of basic things like chamfering the edges of plastic hangers and similar small, but important, details.

Popped into the store for a few food bits and was impressed by the range available - spent more than planned but happy with the things I bought. Also got a very nice perfume - lots of testers available which was very helpful. I don't usually use self service tills but decided to give it a go and found it surprisingly easy. The store is very clean and well organised.
