I didn't realise that you had to validate the parking at the time of scanning shopping. When asking the guy in self serve who was too busy on his phone the whole time, he couldn't be bothered to help with a solution.

It?s a shame about the £1 parking which regularly doesn?t give you receipts and hence isn?t refunded. Otherwise it?s fairly decent, the bakery is often out of stock even at 4PM which is not good. Otherwise ok

A very big bright fully stocked M&S store offering a multitude of great items. The shelves looked freshly stocked, the flowers were positively blooming & the staff were friendly & helpful. Overall a wonderful shopping experience and would recommend. There is a car park behind this store and plenty of cafes in the immediate vicinity.

The bakery really has an issue with slicing the bread. The reason for refusing to cut the bread is that the collection bread it is sliced on the second day of baking. By the way, some collection bread for £4 full of holes.

Not talking about the food and stuff but an extra 1 pound in the name of parking.
The ticket came without any barcade and to redeem it back I have to wait for long and finally I was sent to another counter by the front desk lady.It seemed to me as if I have committed a sin by not taking the barcode.
Left the premises and will not visit here.
Just a suggestion.
The redeeming process can be done automatically; Many humble stores have done that .
