Lourdes, Jelena, Danny, and Edmir are a fantastic team and so friendly and welcoming.I was nervous beforehand that I would get a rushed and unreliable service but the Castlepoint opticians service is everything I was hoping for! I am not local to this branch, but came here as Mark has helped me pick my glasses at a different opticians? And he is just fabulous!Danny, the optometrist, was excellent too and I felt well informed about my overall eye health.

I needed find a new local trustworthy opticians as I have specific eye conditions that I didn?t feel were being met correctly at my previous opticians.I decided to go to M&S at Castle Point Bournemouth, as in my opinion M&S are a trusted brand.I was not disappointed, I had the most thorough eye examination I have ever had, from all of the tests prior to the actual examination.Jaya was the optometrist I had on the day, Jaya talked me through all of the results, and also further explained in more detail my eye conditions. Jaya also said that I should be having annual eye tests due to my conditions which I was never aware of previously, Jaya has now arranged for this in future so I will be reminded in due course from the staff at M&S Opticians.I would highly recommend M&S opticians and have done so to friends and family, Jaya was amazing too.

After using other opticians for years I will never go anywhere else but M&S again. The optometrist Jaya Welsh was very thorough and knowledgeable in her examination. You can tell she genuinely cares for her customer and her work. Highly recommend and already have done to all my friends

Always a pleasure to have an appointment at M&S Opticians at Castlepoint, Bournemouth. All of the staff are friendly. Jaya, in particular, is very helpful and knowledgeable, making sure I have the lenses that suit my outdoor activities. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Totally recommend.

Great experience when I attended my appointment. I was made to feel very relaxed and welcome by the optometrist Jaya, who was very patient and understanding. I will definitely tell friends & family about my visit and will be taking my daughter from now on for her checks and will ask for Jaya.
