Lottie (I'm not sure if her name her is correct) was incredibly kind and helpful during my visit to the store. She went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed, all while being friendly and attentive. Her excellent customer service made the shopping experience so much easier and enjoyable.

I went to lush and was met by lovely kacie who helped me find a lovely face mask perfect for my skin. She spent time showing me and explaining things to me! She really is an asset to your shop and so lovely! i brought 3 new face products to try after years of only buying bath stuff here and honestly am so happy with it all!

I just want to say I?ve been to Lush in Bournemouth today and Kacie, Nick and Faith we?re all willing to chat to me and my twin brother making it a very good experience for us. We will definitely be back again and I would recommend it to anyone. We?ve been here a few times and always had brilliant customer service. Libby was awesome last week as she also took the time to talk to me and my twin brother so I just want to say thank you for being so kind to us. We really appreciate it!

My 3 daughters and I had the most fantastic time in lush Bournemouth with Faith today! We booked an experience for a very reasonable price. We made bath bars, which was so much fun. My girls really enjoyed having their own bowl each and mixing all ingredients together. As an added bonus, we all enjoyed a mini pamper from Faith with face cleanser and mask. The customer service was great, we received information about the eco ethics of Lush which we all are passionate about. We also were told about different products and ingredients. We all can't wait to book more and return. Thank you so much team Lush Bournemouth and especially Faith xxx

My daughter and I popped in this morning to see if there was a bubble bar I would like. Xina was a complete star. She completely understood both my skin and self care needs. Came in today (31st July 2025) to have a look to see if there were any Lush Club sale items and was approached by Kacey, we had a chat about all the items in the sale and what was left and I mentioned about the Let The Good Times Roll bath bomb and the popcorn, so we had a demo of it to see how ?bad? the popcorn bits were, she showed me all the new in store items, including the mid-autumn range and new soaps, had a giggle about the giant bouncy castle shower jelly, and made my visit super enjoyable! Whilst checking out myself, her and Libby were talking and having a laugh. Always love visiting the store and will be back for sure! ?

Went in store today in Bournemouth and met the most wonderful 2 members of staff . Nick and Claire were so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products . Was Just Passing By And Was Drawn To The Shop By The Natural Scent, Felt Like I Was Passing By The Garden Of Eden And When I Went Inside, WOW!.
Very Amazing And Would Say Best Place To Visit And The Staff Are Very Welcoming And Very Helpful.
