Horrible wxperience once again. This morning i went ask for help as my account were blocked Ladie help me to change password but wasnt able to answer for my question and help me to make sure as is working she play with me as she do not understand what i sayed in same time was man with other ladie and she exacly doing same and after sayed to him but you sayed that you doned - i didnt heared from both them nice language they played with us - i know British ladie have amazing language but our English is not firts language and we may do mistakes for sure but they way they bot speak and how they have funn after look on to eachother is Non Acceptable. And Maybe Lloyd Bank wil Take This Ladie for a Training How To Be Polite and Kind to Another ????? i send them lots love and have hope as someone will do soon something with them both as is not first time from them.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the accessibility of deposit machines at Lloyds Bank branches, particularly for customers who do not carry their cards with them. I have been Lloyds's customer for over 9 years. Lloyds's staff from this brach they know me as I'm going with frequently. And they always ask me for my card to do deposit when I don't carry it with me at all.
As a modern customer who embraces technology and the convenience it offers, I appreciate the availability of deposit machines. However, as someone who does not always have their card on hand, I find it challenging to utilise these machines effectively.
In light of technological advancements and changing customer habits, Lloyds Bank to consider updating its deposit machines to include contactless options or the ability to enter account numbers for deposits as its neighbour 'Barclays' long time ago they count with this system. Given that we are now in 2024 and entering a new generation where physical cards are less prevalent, these enhancements would greatly improve accessibility and customer satisfaction.
I believe that by embracing innovation and adapting to the evolving needs of customers, Lloyds Bank can ensure a seamless banking experience and for staff less work to do.

Bad bad badWait 20 minuts to deposit some money, as you know is no parking areas and i run twice to the car to make sure i did not had a penalty and guess what? 35£ because no one was there to serve only one person in the balcony and two outside. Came a gentleman trying to help but was not enough.. really really upset with lloyds and thats why i will leave them.
