Says they are open till 1800 but they're fitter goes home at 1730. Should probably say they are closed at 1730 in my opinion.

Needed new tyres fitted on short notice, they were able to fit me in same day, take my car in slightly earlier than my slot which meant I could get home nice and early after the alignment. Really reassuring that I had purchased the right tyres and took time to explain the process of what they were doing to ensure I was comfortable and that my car was safe to drive. First experience of this branch but I will definitely return and consider their other services in the future - thank you!

Great customer service so we always use kwik fit . Tyres ordered in for next day due to size and fitted with upmost care . The guys are so friendly and manager went above and beyond to help us due to pothole blowing out our tyre

John was really helpful, kind and reassuring. Despite a busy Saturday I turned up worried about a leak coming from under the bonnet, he looked at it and explained it was just the air conditioning evaporation water. He gave me peace of mind for my long journey ahead, and helping me understand it wasn't anything major. Very patient and with me and he didn't charge me - thank you John!

I booked in today to resolve issues caused by another business (chain) booked through blackcircles. John and team got my car in, replaced all the leaking tpms valves and re-balanced the wheels. John kept me up to date through the process and explained what was done.
I will not hesitate to return and in future will contact the team at Kwik-fit Ringwood road for any tyre replacements, knowing they will complete the job properly in the first place! It is clear they take pride in the job they are completing and won't cut corners.

Needed three tyres replaced urgently and arrived with an appointment, reassuring me when I called that the tyres would be there when I arrived at 4pm. Despite being short-staffed and already working on another vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently everything was handled. Within 40 minutes, my fleet company had approved the replacements, the tyres were fitted, and I was back on the road.
Both team members were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept things running smoothly while still taking the time to greet and chat with every customer who came in. I even learned something new about air conditioning re-gassing?every day really is a school day!
Great customer service, quick turnaround, and some quality banter thrown in too........For FREE !!!
Highly recommend this place if you're after honest, efficient service with a personal touch. Thanks again to both of you!

BMW Tyres.
Like a breath of fresh air visiting a tyre centre. Absolute focus from all staff members on customer service. Whilst waiting in reception from listening to walk in's or phone calls it was all about what the staff can do for the customer. First class and would recommend 100%. Keep up the good work Ringwood Road site you must be the jewel in the crown of Kwik Fit.

Superb service. We had been having trouble with a tyre sensor warning light in our car. The suggested solution was to change the tyre linked to the warning to completely match the existing rear tyre on the other side. Can't say we were thrilled as this would be the 3rd new tyre bought this week. However John took down the details of the existing rear tyre and ordered in an exact match. He said if the tyre proved to be wrong when we took the car in he would sort it out. We had an appointment for a fitting of the special order tyre in under 24 hours from our phone call. Went this afternoon and the service was excellent. We didn't wait, we were shown the tyre that had ben ordered to confirm a match, we left within 25 minutes with the instruction to come back should the tyre pressure warning system sound again. Can't fault anything service, price, promptness, explanation and speed. Would definitely use this Kwik Fit branch again and would recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic experience here today with John and the team. Car needed new 4 tyres. I turned up at a very busy time and John reassured me they would have a ramp available 2 hours later to look at the car. I took it back, car was put on the ramp, 4 new tyres fitted. Great customer service skills, friendly, professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend to others and will return again in the future. Thank you John & co.
