I?ve had my eyes tested at Julian May?s in Southbourne for many years now. Together with their extremely thorough eye check, and providing a choice of very smart glasses within my budget, I?ve always found the staff there very professional, helpful and considerate. I cannot recommend them enough. Excellent Service!

I would give NO stars - but can't. Don't enjoy being talked to like a kid.... sorry I'm an adult and I've had glasses for years. Made an appointment for contact lenses and ended up being told that I needed to be wearing glasses at my age, given a written list of the things I needed to do.... like I couldn't remember.

Excellent service from start to finish, really thorough eye exam, everything about my vision was fully explained to me. The staff were all lovely, friendly but professional and my new glasses were ready extremely quickly. Could not fault at all, would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again in the future. Would not want to go anywhere else.

My search for prescription sunglasses ended here, they consulted a catalogue to suggest a specific frame due to my challenging prescription. They got in a sample for me to try, and they were perfect. Great service, outstanding help and creativity, something you don't get at any high street optician, and all at a reasonable price. They even fixed my wife's and my daughters faulty-fitting spectacles at no cost. Great service from professional people. Strongly recommend.
