Went in today for a pair of trainers was served by a young man called Andre. What a lovely chap, really helpful. Very interesting to talk to and an absolute asset to your store.
It will certainly encourage me to go in again. Well done Andre, you'll go far.

Not very welcoming at all. Young staff standing around chatting i was completely ignored. Feels horrible walking in there more like a youth centre. Buy online

Terrible customer service. The staff look bored, are unhelpful and seem to think they are too cool for their customers. They behave as if serving their customers is beneath them. I walked into Footlocker next door and their service was impeccable. There's a staff culture problem at JD and management need to sort it.

Two days ago I witnessed a very bad behaviour from one of the staff there towards a gentleman with his wife , extremely rude , he had the audacity to scream at them saying get out of my shop ?? he claimed to be the manager ??? Making it even worse !! I won?t be going there anymore .

I think 3 stars may be generous but I like JD and the stock they hold. What a terrible branch for service though. Staff in there were very very slow. The shop was quiet, they looked unhappy and just huddled among themselves as if loitering. Shocking service. I did say something and got a sarcastic response as if its just how it is.

Hopeless drive all the way to be told no returns or exchange until 29 December . Told them I?d go next door and buy them elsewhere couldn?t do anything so I did!

Nice big JDs Sport. I feel prices pretty high. Not really nice styles in here. JD definitely gone downhill. Didn't even have any Jordan clothing in here. Jordan trainers £40 more than the same ones in Nike outlet.
Better wait for jd sales on their website.

Terrible customer service in this shop, no one seems have a clue what they?re doing, or even care! The staff can hardly be bothered to talk to you let alone help with anything, they want to avoid a customer at all costs. Probably because they?re too busy chatting amongst themselves to bother doing their job. JD Sports sort it out!
