Friendly staff, extremely efficient and knowledgeable they go out of their way to help you. I have been using for a few months now and am so impressed with this pharmacy. You go in for your prescription and it is ready to pick up compared to my previous pharmacy it knocks spots off it - thanks to all you provide a fantastic service ?

I would give no stars but here is no option to do so. I have been using this pharmacy for many years and they were always really good but that was way before it was taken over by Mr Tibbs at which point it went on roller skates down hill. My repeat prescription which I receive every 2 months has never been right since the pharmacy was taken over. I actually received tablets for another person in my bag of meds a few months ago. They left me without meds for many days, they would give me wrong amounts of meds (I had to tip everything out and count each item every time I got my meds), they would not tell me that I was owed meds. In short they were a total nightmare and would argue with me on the phone. I did contact Mr Tibbs who issued loads of apologies each time I spoke to him but nothing changed. I gave them chance after chance but they got worse. I have left and now use another pharmacy for my meds who have delivered on time and without mistakes. In short, avoid

Two customers walked out without beeing served within a matter of 7 minutes. I understand the role the local pharmacy plays within the local community and that is there to listen to vulnerable people but... There should be also a diplomacy how to pause the long chat/monolog with the customer (these conversations should be private anyway not that others in the shop should listen to them), make an eye contact with people queueing and clear the queue before returning to the conversation.Plus when I asked the pharmacist to confirm if they have a simple item in stock I was looked down by him and he said I need to speak to the other person. The other person, I presume the Health Care Assistant/Dispenser said "he is the Pharmacist!". Last time I have checked the Pharmacist is a normal human being serving the community and when the queue is forming and there is no one to relieve the other person from a long long long conversation, it would be a good team spirit and practise to ask queueing people 'How can I help?' It would take probably less than 2 minutes to serve the remaining two people and would earn pharmacy these much needed ££££I've tried to use this local pharmacy during the normal days however, there was always a long queue of 'other' regular pharmacy users.Can't working people go for a simple thing to the pharmacy and be served in a timely manner? We do not have time to wait and wait in the queues, there is work, commute and other activities that must be fitted in our 24 hour schedule.Even GP does not want to see you for longer than 5 minutes if you are lucky to be seen at all! So please keep that in mind when you have more than one customer in the shop.Maybe a self check out for standard items (not over the counter or POM) would be something to consider or customer service training to provide empathy for certain customers while clearing the queue and recognising those who might just have a quick question like 'do you have this in stock?'If this simple question of mine would have been answered I would have waited but waiting for 10+ minutes to be told you do not have it in stock, would be extremely frustrating.Overall, it's a shame but Asda pharmacy will have to do or Boots one in the town.

Staff lovely, service great and they are also very patient given some of the rudeness I have seen customers give them. More patient than I would be anyway!

I?ve been a regular customer at the pharmacy for a few years now and, want to commend the staff for all the hard work they do, it?s hard to see them deal with such arrogant customers and I?m appalled by the way they are treated, it seems as if certain individuals are trying to ruin the reputation that has been built. All that being said thank you to the pharmacy for great service and customer care.

Very helpful staff, all very friendly and welcoming. They gave me my medication promptly, and the pharmacist is knowledgeable served me with the appropriate medication to treat me. I will definitely be using this pharmacy again.

Holdenhurst Pharmacy are always so helpful and flexible to respond quickly whenever I have any urgent requests. Friendly and helpful staff eager to serve and help is with whatever we need. Friendly and reliable delivery service too. No problems whatsoever.

I started going to this pharmacy about 3 years ago and the staff have always been kind and helpful. I have never once had issue with my prescriptions and all my requests have been handled in a professional manner.
