Not pleased with the service here at all. I went to the change room and I can hear the shop assistants bad talking customers in the back especially an older lady and she sounded like she said a few racist comments. Then I went to ask for help on finding a top in a different size and ofc she was like sorry she did a check this morning and she didn't see that top in the store although the phone they used stated it is in stock. As soon I nearly walked out the store...the top in the size I wanted was literally in front the store!!! The staff at the counter were very pleasant and helpful but this lady and her unhelpful behavior needs to change.

Saw some beautiful clothing on line so visited the store at castle point to try the clothing on ...what a mistake ...the store was an absolute mess clothes on the floor rails not in size or colour none of the online items were in the store and one shop assistant who I suspect should have been sorting the rails just wondering around looking at herself in the mirror doing nothing ..this was a quiet Monday afternoon...right at the front of the store
Mango has just opened a few door down from h&m and if you visit their store its absolutely immaculate...I think the buyers of H&m who have sourced negotiate beautiful clothing would be horrified to learn this is how their merchandise is represented to the general public....shame on you castle point store you let the side down

Nice clothes, but prices have increased a bit too much on some items. I think it limits youngsters from affording to buy really trendy styles

helpful and friendly staffs. sigh. having the feeling that H&M is going to loose its stand to primark not to say zara. register a member and get 10% off at the cashier right away.
