Hotel itself was ok, breakfast was good. BUT don't go for the spa which is a cold bubble pool and a small sauna and small steam room. The bubble pool is part of the swimming pool, so always cold.We were on floor 6 so had music thumping through from the top floor bar until 2am.

Waiting for orange juice 45 min downstairs in the lounge, I feel sorry for the member as he was alone , but I ask receptionist for cup for water with lemon is downstairs in reception area , no cups ???but is all massive jug of water for water. So he give me bottle of water so I ask what about my Friend? He never bring cups or another water . Looooord , so after 45 min my juice arrived when I asked menager if they still pick up the oranges from the tree ? for my juice ?hilton hotel ?????one star ? but guy on the bar try so hard and was nice too

Got to give this place 5* because of location, super friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, and spacious/ decorated rooms. Definitely would recommend for a romantic stay or family visit.

It's was lovely down stairs in the restaurant the steak was lovely the sauce bbq chilli sauce was amazing, great location 10 mins away from the beach. Hotel was lovely except for the beds it hurt my back as it was a wooden base , and the jacuzzi wasn't hot as was in with swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent, upstairs in the sky bar cocktails are very pricey just be careful. We definitely stay here again no doubt . And it Is quite pricey as London prices.Nearby activities: There zip line on the beach was amazing definitely recommended.Walkability: 10 mins walk to beach pierFood & drinks: The quite few bars restaurants near by

This Hilton probably the only one I ever disliked except of the food ,room was spacious nice,but bathroom was dirty and don?t mention the spa the worst experience ..No slippers no rope dirty floor stinky swimming pool of chlorine , and the guy at the spa reception useless Sam I told him is my fiancée?s birthday I?d like a full body massage on Saturday for 2 as a surprise,he said it?s fully booked I replied it?s ok what about the next day massage for two .. he said he can?t call in another therapist for Sunday it will be one masseur one person after the other . I?m sorry but that?s a You problem there if you don?t have staff , I ended up not having a massage just my fiancée .This is definitely below Hilton standards to treat a quest in this manner ?dismissive,I have stayed at many Hilton hotels in my life everywhere was a pleasure staff were wonderful, professional but here at the spa someone needs more training how to handle quest?s requests specially if it?s a birthday ?

The room in winter were very cold, talked with reception nothing happened, they did not even send anyone to help out. The thermostat in the room is centrally controlled hence a problem.Limited varieties for breakfast, should have a continental menu as there are a lot of non-UK customers who stay in Hilton as well. It gets busy during the breakfast hours esp. for tea and coffee.The housekeeping and breakfast staff are extremely polite and helpful compared with the reception staff who just seem to send you away from their desk at the soonest.Rooms are clean and have a number of amenities. Overall, a good location, close to multiple, town center, beach and gardens.Rooms: Front up rooms have amazing viewsWalkability: Key things are within walking distance like Bournemouth gardens, beach, shopping areas, bus stops and multiple restaurants

Celebrate Anniversary hotel super tight Amenity only 2 small little chocolates. Executive lounge openning time written Not cleared on websites only from Monday to Thursday. Friday to Sunday issue 2 drinks voucher in lobby Lounge! Maybe a drinks voucher valid 2 hours for 1 drink a time! Saturday night sky music too loud. We slept on level 6 room noise until music the stop.

After 8.30 pm on the weekend you won't be able to get to sleep as the music from the first floor event room is so loud you can hear every word of the song playing. Reception will tell you every thirty minutes it will get turned down but it won't. They will tell you they will look into it and call you back and they won't. They will tell you no manager is available to talk to and they will send you the email link of where to complain to and they won't. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS HOTEL ITS CLEARLY A FRANCHISE WITH NO INTEREST OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST CLEARLY OPEN FOR STAG AND HEN PARTIES.

Have to say the service makes me feel really hopeless. We checked in online to our room prior to our arrival, but only told that our room was gave to other guests because we arrived late. What?s the point to check in early then? We ask for switching a room because we booked for a sea-view room but ended up getting a room you-cannot-see-the-sea. Unfortunately we lost our personal belonging during the process of room-switching. We have to talked and repeated our issues to 3 different concierges about the lost property because apparently they don?t share information. Every time the conversation has to restart. The first two are helpful and told us they will try their best to investigate. However, we hear nothing back until late in the day, and only told by the manager that no one told her about our issue, there is nothing she can do unless we call the police. It?s really frustrating that you know your belonging is in this hotel but you can never get it back.UpdatesWe talked to one manager in charging of the 7am - 3pm slot. He has helped us investigating the issues, checking with relevant departments and individuals during our stay. Although we did not find back the lost item in the end, his dedication really touched us. I want to thank him for everything he did. We have also submitted our issues for inspection, hopefully hear back from the Global Assistance team soon.
