We came down to visit for a few hours and have food and drinks! Absolutely excellent service by beautiful Ramya and lovely food by chef Richard and Nathan. Will definitely visit here again for the lovely views and service :)

Service was great, attentive and friendly, thank you Eve.
After being disappointed on a previous visit over a year ago we have avoided but returned and was very happy with the service, food quality and cleanliness of the salad bar and other areas.
Improvements have been made and it shows!
Eve our server was great, with 7 of us it?s never easy but food and drinks were ordered with ease and in a timely manor.
Plates clear efficiently and we were asked multiple times if we needed anything or if our meal was ok.
Ver good service which for me makes the difference. Food was hot, quick and tasty.

This is amazing place to chill, socialise and take in the fantastic sea views. From eating to drinking I love the place, my friends can even come along with their dogs. They even do a dog menu ?. Today I was served by Ramya and Flo ?

We made the mistake of trying an impromptu lunch on New Year's Day 2025 as it didn't appear to be too busy. The atmosphere was fine and the food was standard for Harvester; Ok, but expensive for what you get. The main issue was the service; Lunch turned into afternoon tea after waiting almost 30mins for someone to take our order and a further hour for the food to then arrive.
After concluding that we had been abandoned, we tried ordering from the app mentioned when we arrived only to find there were no table numbers to order with as it was table service only.
Our drinks order was dropped on the way out when two staff members collided (these things happen) but the waitress did not apparently see fit to empty the tray after grabbing a second set of drinks. The glasses were absolutely soaked and we were left to mop up the table. They were "out" of refill glasses so we were given smaller ones, one of the refill machines was not fully stocked.
When the food finally arrived it was fine and hot at least, but portion sizes were small for a £70+ lunch. There was no apology or mention of the wait times.
Overall the atmosphere was fine (Again standard Harvester), but the staff just seemed utterly chaotic, swooping between the tables often in circles, knocking into each other. I'm sure they were individually doing their best, but it was like watching a host of individual people rather than any sort of co-ordinated team. It was just bizarre.
