We were lucky enough to stay here thanks to a family member working for Hilton Group . Whilst we stayed in Bournemouth for a funeral. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. From booking in . Paul and his team , were so very attentive and dealt with a problem with the safe immediately and moved us to another room. Replaced a voucher and were always so friendly. The room was amazing, clean and had a comfortable bed and huge shower . The food at breakfast was outstanding so many options and so well cooked . If we can stay here again it would be our first choice. The car park is next to hotel but it does get full and is 13 pound a night .

Rooms are always clean & tidy, staff very polite & helpful, great place to spend a night, definitely recommend and excellent value for money.

Not a great location for someone who struggles to walk far. Or is not great with steep hills but Bournemouth is quite hilly. The staff here were lovely and friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. So much choice.Unfortunately the bed was too firm and the pillows too soft but I am a bit picky after two hip replacements. But if you are fit and able it's a fab place to stay.

It was a night's stay. You can never go wrong with Hampton by Hilton. There were different varieties of meals to choose from at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is very well situated in the town centre, which is minutes away from the mall and shopping centres. A night's stay was well spent.Rooms: Was very okay.Nearby activities: Shopping malls, restaurants and the beach.

Really great hotel & booked as it is so near to the BIC, literally a 5 minute walk down the hill! Perfect. Staff super professional & rooms spotless & comfortable. Breakfast area was really relaxing, although eating at a bare table lacking any placemats or table covering felt wrong!

A lovely hotel but one thing they do is WRONG for anyone. We stayed one night and they charged twice on the credit card after we had left. They explained that this is normal practice and that it would be refunded soon. A week later still no refund. £134.00 charged twice. It doesn't matter to me but it COULD matter to someone who can't carry it WITHOUT BEING TOLD BEFOREHAND!

Was ok but noticed that there were blood stains on one of the pillow cases. Also one of the toilet rolls was half used so I only managed to go home with one roll. To top it off you were meant to get £5 in snacks if you didn't use housekeeping. This never materialised. Other than these small negatives it is a great location and the room was spacious and had a sofa. Also really enjoyed the shower.

The hotel is really close to everything you need. The staff are lovely. The rooms good. The food was good too. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Couldn't fault the place from start to finish, accidentally went into the Hilton next door and was greeted by a frosty Receptionist . They gave you feeling they were rather superior. So finally went Next Door park the car underneath the hotel came up to Reception and was greeted by an incredibly friendly receptionist. I booked three rooms and it was 12:30 so very early for checking but she was able to check in one of our rooms so we could store our luggage. Absolutely no fuss whatsoever 20 minutes later. Another room is available. all my interactions with all the team members was incredibly positive and it's a true credit to the management of the property as they must be recruiting people with great personalities and then training them to a good standard. I totally recommend. the property. Nice enough hotel, good value apart from the car park.1 star as my car was broken into overnight. Staff didnt seem fussed and it clearly happens alot so just expect it as part of the experience ?Shouldnt happen as often as it does

Not as good as expected. The bed was hard and the pillow too soft. Breakfast was good though.We also noticed undesirables staying at the hotel and unsavoury characters hanging around the carpark up to no good.
