We got our wedding bands here and honestly, Joanna and Hannah are brilliant! Joanna took the time we needed to find and create the perfect rings. We visited a few places before making a decision and the team's attentiveness really made a huge difference making the whole process seamless and going above and beyond to help us.

Wouldn?t ever go back here! Bought a £600 gold chain which had snapped 5 times in 9months. Every time I take it in I get told there?s nothing they can do. Terrible quality and no help at all. Not sure how a £600 item is worst quality than £10 necklaces I own. The first time it snapped it had been worn 4 times. Got told by one staff member they would swap it out as it?s a faulty item. Another staff told them they couldn?t. Lack of knowledge. Never will I use this company again. Waste of hard earned money.

Came in looking for a necklace and staff were so polite, friendly and informative. They went above and beyond to help me find the right one as well as taking the time to find different options and pendants too. The service was amazing all round.

I initially came in store to purchase an engagement Ring for my now fiancé and honestly Johanna was so incredibly helpful attentive and nothing was to much trouble.she helped with sizing and I left with a beautiful ring and feeling very happy with the service I can highly recommend.
We needed a slightly bigger ring size after the proposal and again Johanna made this proses so quick and easy thank you again the best experience for a very special time in my life ?

We visited H.Samuel, Jewellers in Bournemouth today and were blown away by the store Manager, Joana. She gave first class customer service and was kind, friendly, very helpful and professional.
