Went to greggs winton on a Saturday just after 10 am
Ask for two sausage and bacon baps one cashier said yes one said no then both switched to no
There was no hot sausages or pizza available no other customers and the staff not doing anything
Really awful attitude

Attitude of staff!...... I went to Greg's to get a couple of sausage rolls. Sadly I got there a wee bit to late so there was none, so I grabbed the last pack of four and asked could you kindly heat them up,,, the girl answered rudly and refused to do it for me because she was closing the shop.
The sausage rolls I did have well youbcan see that they were left sweating in the bag all day long, took one bite out of one, it was soft, moist, cold and no flavour, so I ended up putting them in the bin. What a waste of money that was.

Gone specifically for a breakfast baguette, no sausages at 10.30 when breakfast runs to 11am, next to no bakes cooked, don't think its much to ask for a bakery/sandwich shop to have some baked goods and sandwiches ?

Had to pay £2.50 for 2 sausage rolls. Then stood there and watched the staff do absolutely nothing. When the locals came in emptied the fridges of sandwiches and walk out.

Hi , I go to Winton Greg's every morning to grab a coffee to be greeted by two jolly ladies that serve me Tina and Debbie. They cheer me up every morning always smiling and polite.Well done Greggs I highly recommend this store 5 ?

just wanted a coffee, and the two people in there were very chirpy, friendly, happy!I went to pay for it and my card didn't go through ?but since we had such a great introduction and we spoke of the quality of the coffee, the guy saw I was tryna move some money about, and just said, it's all good! you haven't tried it before so don't worry about it ?my banking app deleted itself and logging online is a massive pain so very happy with that, but know its not to be expected hahaI think my positive attitude and there's made for a great situation, one that meant they both were happy to write it off on courtesy ?
