I recently visited Greggs and enjoyed the coffee?it was quite good. However, the sandwiches were a bit disappointing; they could use improvement. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick coffee, but the sandwiches left something to be desired.

Went there for a quick coffee a few pasties , I provided my loyalty card to get my free coffee and the way this young boy looked at the card and laughed and then looked at his colleague to get a reaction of her which to be fair she didn?t smile back at him like I don?t earn x5 his wages and due to my work always being on roads and stopping at all services I always get Greggs probably sometimes a few times a day but they made me feel so uncomfortable with my wife and daughter being there that it has actually put me off Greggs and I will be taking it further to the area manager

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent visit to your establishment. I waited an excruciating 35 minutes for 6 pizza slices, only to be handed cold ones when I finally approached the counter to inquire about my order.The lack of attention to detail and oversight in forgetting my order is simply unacceptable. To add insult to injury, I was charged £10 for what was essentially a subpar and cold meal, devoid of any accompanying dips as advertised.Furthermore, the absence of a simple apology or any effort to rectify the situation left me feeling undervalued as a customer. The service I received was far from satisfactory, and the overall experience fell short of the standards I have come to expect from Greggs.I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement measures to ensure such incidents do not recur in the future. As a loyal customer, I believe that transparency, accountability, and quality service should be at the forefront of your operations.I look forward to seeing improvements in your service and would appreciate some form of acknowledgment or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Often found them closed early. Only one staff member at peak breakfast times so a queue back to the door, customers ordering hot drinks and no chance of being served if you have to get to work

Every time I come in here the food is never ready or it has been there the whole day. Never prepared always leaving it till the last minute to prepare. I have been to many greggs and this is the worst one.
