This shop is legendary for its excellent baked goods and bitter coffee, and its prices are very excellent, and its donuts and pizza are delicious.

Everytime I visit , the staff are so friendly, food is always up to Greggs high standard. The shop is clean and for a small store, this is the best in Bournemouth. I would like to make a special thank to Supervisor Pim, and team member Maryam, these two lovely ladies always have a smile . well done ?

Ordered via Uber app for delivery but when our order arrived an item was missing and our caramel latte?s were regular coffee.
Staff attention to detail is bad that they can?t get an order right before sealing the bags.
Management need to train the staff better as this is a quality control issue and customer service issue.
Disappointed is the nicest thing I can say here.

Made a ginormous order on the app the night before a team work breakfast and unfortunately the order didn?t arrive at the store properly. After calling the store the morning of to explain the situation, the two girls working that morning went above and beyond to help. They got every item correct (over 30 items in the huge order) and even provided spares and checked everything to a T. Incredible service and they saved my day!! Thank you ??

My previous order one item was missed off, but was resolved straight away. This time when I ordered, the team at commercial road went above and beyond. They had wrote us a hand written note to apologise and gave us free box of yumyums! What a fantastic team they have there. My favourite greggs in bournemouth/poole. Thank you team!!
