Went to collect a parcel. The guy was on the phone making a personal call when I arrived and told me it wasn't there. Didn't go to look, just wasn't interested in walking down the stairs. I persisted, shwed him the UPS email and with great reluctance, stomped down the stairs, still on the phone. Lo and behold, he appeared shortly thereafter, with my parcel!

Terrible service (which seems to be a common theme).I simply went to drop-off a UPS parcel, which should be a fairly straightforward process.At first, he didn?t say anything to me for 30 seconds and I was just standing there.UPS say that they can print the label, as I don?t have a printer. The shop said they can?t, but didn?t right away offer a solution for me. Lack of customer care.I asked whether they could print the label for me, and they did for £1. I didn?t have many options here.He reluctantly gave me some cellotape to attach it to the parcel, but was watching me like a hawk. I wanted to ensure the label was secure, but I wasn?t happy with what he let me do.I wasn?t given a confirmation, and had to leave it there and hope the parcel gets there.Customer service is pretty much non-existent.Stay away if you can.

This parcel collection point is just a joke!!! I wanted to pick up the package because I had an appointment with a mechanic to replace parts in the car and no one was there to pick up the package. I stood at the door and knocked for a good 15 minutes and no one opened. This is just shameful!!!

Went to Global Ex in The Triangle, I had US dollar.Instantly they gave me the best price I had been able to get all day at the other currency exchange. I asked if they could transfer the money to my bank account and done it instantly as I waited. Honestly the best price and service I have experienced. The staff were so helpful and polite and offered my their other services. Will defiantly be coming here to get my Euros when I go to Greece in the summer. Recommend to everyone. Why go elsewhere? 5*****

Needed to transfer money to my uncle in Germany, managed to do it on the spot. Didn?t. have cash on me so I paid by card. Such a quick and easy transaction my uncle picked up the money within half an hour. Great service. Recommend!

Amazing place and really good service, i had euros and romanian RON for sale but i wanted US dollars for a trip to the states. Placed an order at 10am had a call from the lovely Guy în there at 5pm saying they had arrived. Couldn't come in so they even delivered them to my home. Best in town by far

Just be aware they will round up numbers to the nearest pound in their favour when you get the total charge for your currency. It's a slippery business practice, and not what's advertised, and so you shouldn't trust these people, ther are other options in Bournemouth
