I went to their office in Westbourne as I was planning a long journey to Southamerica (and I live nearby). They hardly made eye contact with me and asked me to email them; which I did (despite I found them rude), days later someone answer "We will get back to you", after 10 days of no answer, I contacted them again but never had a response. It would have been easier to just say they are not interested or have nothing to offer for this type of journey, instead they were dismissive and rude and did not even bother to answer, at least to make their business look professional and ultimately not to waste my time. I wouldn't recommend them, they seem mediocre and unprofessional.
