Lauren has been a wonderful Property Manger here at Fox & Sons. The whole team made the process from viewing, applying and living at our flat a smooth and easy transition. It has come to my attention that there may be discrepancies in the company's maintenance practices, specifically regarding the utilization of external service providers and subsequent billing to renters. This raises concerns about transparency and adherence to the terms outlined in rental agreements, particularly those pertaining to maintenance support. Further investigation is warranted to ascertain the extent of these practices and ensure alignment with our commitment to providing reliable and clearly communicated services to our renters.

I have been using the Fox and Sons Letting team at Winton Bournemouth for the last 7 years. Karen, Kelsey and team have been nothing but professional and extremely helpful in finding the right tenants. Lauren Hurle is a very good properties Co-Ordinator always there when ever I needed help and managed to get me a free quote for stiff door eventhough I did not go with this contractor she managed to get another one and problem solved with the least cost. She acted as ago between her department and the electrical maintenance department.
All I can say she is a wonderful employee and Sequencehome as well as Fox and Sons she be very proud of Lauren for giving a good reputation to the company.

Never answers the phone, called thursday/friday/saturday and left numerous voicemails... Requested details via rightmove and email to then see the property has already let agreed this morning.. Pretty shoddy administration clearly so will be using another agent.
