I was looking for expertise to advise on whether my watch needed a new battery or was broken. The assistant could not have been more helpful. He offered to test my watch battery and provided information about costs of replacements and cleaning service and had a very friendly, helpful manner. My watch got fixed whilst we waited. I'd certainly go there again.

Exceptional service from the entire team, though special mention to Charlie in particular who has dealt with me the most. I did have an issue with the product I bought, but Charlie and the rest of the guys have made it impossible for me to be too mad about it, and have sought to get it resolved quickly. Definitely a cut above the rest when it comes to customer service.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Charlie provided a really personal experience. Charlie was amazing with my daughter before completing a piercing.
