The rate was very competitive. I ordered online very easily. The teller was absolutely excellent. He was very polite, conscientious and professional.I cannot fault this service. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Martin is utterly rude and uninterested. Moaned that I arrived 5 mins before they opened ?don?t you know it?s a bank holiday?, proceeded to just stand there until 10am even though it said 9am on the window. I was struggling to purchase from the website for a better rate and he was unhelpful. Said it wasn?t his problem and ?everyone else can do it why can?t you?. This is so poor, does not compare with service I?ve received from other branches. Will not be returning ever, shame really as I live round the corner.

I booked appointment online to sell my currency at local shop. I filled all information online like address name etc. I went to the shop and extremely rude girl asked me to give all information again, I asked why you want my information again instead of explaining what their system asks it again she said you don't need use our services and you can go elsewhere. I never seen so rude staff in my life.
