Women-only employees - that means that they stand at the counter yakking to their friends while you wait in a queue. Also they frequently disappear in the back room, leaving the till unattended - another opportunity for more yakking? Starting in July 2024, they now frequently lock the shop door for hours because customers coming into the shop are a huge inconvenience for the employees' social activities. Avoid.

would give zero star if I can as their customer service isn't great at all most of time rude , plus didn't know they sell water instead of petrol !
the last time filled up from there i got water instead of petrol which made me not to use Esso with asda name ever again .
