The Esso Fuel Station has recently upgraded its automatic car wash, and it works very efficiently. The area is clean and well-maintained. The manual car wash is also very good, and overall, everything runs smoothly. There?s ample space, making it convenient for all customers.

Don't ever wash your car there , the automatic wash service its terrible, takes money for nothing, scratched also my windscreen and car got more dirty, waste of money and time

Terrible service on 20/04/2025 around 23:30PM. Rude and disrespectful indian guy on a till. Looks like he doesn't know how to be polite to a customers. Was shaking his head, everything looked so much trouble to him. 100% he doesn't enjoy what he is doing but at the same time it's not my problem. Please avoid!!

Car wash is a scam. Platinum programme is exactly the same as gold but more expensive, the car still came out dirty. Don?t recommend.

Terrible car wash! They never fix their machines and always blame the customers. They refuse to give refunds even when the issue is a mechanical fault. Don?t waste your money here.

I had run out of petrol and I had no petrol can. I went in bought a petrol can filled it up and went back to my car, in the car I had just bought. I filled up my car at the same petrol station once I had put petrol in the original car, I came down with to Bournemouthvery pleasant chap inside I couldn?t find the petrol cans but he actually got me one and as I said, I returned to the same petrol station with my 5 L of fuel in my petrol tank to top it off.

These guys are so tight, I am a business owner with a AllStar fuel card, these guys wont allow you to use your nectar card when using your fuel card, which they can do.
Seems like something minor, but in the grand scheme of things we are all being extorted by fuel companies so I guess I continue to look for a better deal at another fuel garage.
Anyone else experienced the same issue?

Opens early and is cheaper than the same brand of petrol station no more than 500meters down the road - not all pumps working though - and not easy to see which station has which fuel

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would.
I've had enough of this car wash. I went for a wash, paid for the service, only to find out the machine was broken ? again! This isn't the first time I've experienced issues here, but it will definitely be the last. The employee at the store was completely unhelpful and didn?t offer any assistance. To top it off, I didn't get a receipt, and I?m still waiting for a refund. Extremely disappointing service. I won?t be returning and highly advise others to avoid this place. Total waste of time and money.
