Placed a click and collect order for an Armani watch, which was fulfilled very quickly, arrived at the store to collect the my order and was met by a very friendly sales assistant, she got the watch for me and even set the time and date for me and explained to me how to do it, she even assessed the fit with me and removed a link to get the fit perfect!
Chuffed to bits with my new watch and the service I received at the store, the staff were very friendly and very helpful, the store was laid out so well as we're all the showcases, would definitely buy something from them again

I popped in today and was immediately greeted by a very welcoming Tina at the Bournemouth branch. I was looking for a refill for a Montblanc pen. They did not have what I was looking for but Tina kindly called around to other stores to hear if they could perhaps help. That initiative is kindly appreciated and next time I?m in the market for jewelry, I shall pop in to visit Tina :-)

Lovely Staff in the Bournemouth branch. Helped me with a gift purchased as a gift for a special birthday. I was treated with kindness and I left the shop very happy. I returned to collect my order 2 days later and saw other staff which were equally as nice. Overall a pleasant experience with humans not a computer screen ! Well done Bournemoth branch .

Blanche at Ernest Jones Bournemouth went above and beyond to ensure that I got the right engagement ring for me. Unfortunately the ring I was proposed to with could not be sized down small enough for my finger (size F) but Blanche made every effort to ensure that we could get one designed in my size that will look identical to the one my boyfriend chose originally.

Called the store and one staff member picked up almost immediately, and offered support for my wife's damaged silver wedding band.
After explaining the situation, I was invited to the store, and seen by Emma & Blanche, where the ring was quickly repaired and restored to original quality.
I cannot thank them enough for their help & support, I would definitely recommend them for their customer service.

Fantastic! Lovely people in this store, we were made to feel special as we celebrated our engagement. Great advice given and we learnt that if you want something that is online but not in the store, they can order it, which makes for a more personal experience, advice and care. Special thanks to Iuliana for making us feel so welcome and looking after us.
