I had my lashes done today by Marta...And I couldn't be happier, as they are exactly as I wanted them...They are perfect..Not too long and natural looking is what I asked for, and it's what I got...Maria is very good at what she does and a lovely lady to top it off...Thank you.. ????

this salon was really good, clean and pretty interior, funny and helpful staff, i couldn?t be more grateful for them literally saving my hair from the chaos i created. they fixed my colour and did a nice wolf cut. thank youuu

I am writing this on behalf of my Mother...I visited Elk Hair Beauty and Spa last week and was given possibly the worst hair cut I've ever received, The stylist did not show me the rear of my head to check the back of my hair and I had to correct numerous errors at my home where she had made a number of errors. Frankly I feel I like I was ripped off by this studio.I was also quoted one price but charged another and ended up paying £45.00 which was £12.00 more than I was told I would pay. Add to this none of the stylists spoke English and spoke amongst themselves made me feel quite uncomfortable as all my previous hairdressers engaged you in conversation whilst you are seen to.I would not recommend

Had second hair cut with Suada. She cuts extremely well and pays a lot of attention to detail. One of the best haircuts I have ever had. She is also a very pleasant person. Very reasonable prices at this salon and the salon is a nice environment being beautifully clean and decorated. Delighted!

I just walk in and they were able to fit me in I love this hair salon I couldn?t ask for better hair stylist they are all amazingI did highlights and they were able to achieve ash blonde highlights for my hair , my hair never looked this amazing is very healthy as I did a wella treatment and the hair cut I was recommended was amazing it made my hair thicker and looked amazing, I?ll be back in 6 weeks thanks a lot

I have always my eyebrows done at the salon they are perfect never had someone do this wonderful job and all hairstylist are amazing as well i have my hair cut done always there are they are able to cut curly hair is perfect every time thank you to the salon ELK Hair and beauty for offering amazing services will be trying more amazing services from here

Terrible*hair is fully dry in pictures attached*I had a £25 ?scalp care? treatment. After the treatment I was told I would need to wash my hair daily for the next few days (I do that anyway). I was not told my hair would look like this? I thought my hair was still damp when I left, but it was actually just full of grease.I was asked if I wanted a £10 blow dry I said no, normal dry is fine. I then realised I was overcharged at £35 when I got home.I emailed and complained and asked for a refund. I was told I cannot have a refund, as i have accepted the treatment.After persisting, I was then offered a £25 voucher (£10 short of what I paid). I have no intention of returning and I would like a refund.I was shocked to find the manager thought the appearance of my hair was acceptable in the photos provided! I had to aggressively shampoo my hair a total of 8 TIMES to get the product out. Wasted my day off, half a bottle of shampoo and £35.Very disappointing

This is my second time having my hair done in Elk Hair Beauty and Spa . Vivian, the manager is friendly on my first visit and she still is. I have been to many hairdresser, but none of them is as good as this. Every staff is very friendly and polite. I have my roots done, T-highlights, tone, cut and blow dry and I was so so happy with how amazing it turn out. My hairdresser, Suada is very friendly and professional. She takes her time explaining what my hair would be like if my hair was not done properly. Having dark black hair and wanted highlights was not easy especially having lots of grey as well but Vivian and Sauda manage to work out the right mixture and it turn out perfect, just what I want my hair to look like. Sauda cuts my hair beautifully. I am glad I have my hair done and would highly recommend this place. I would also to like to thank the other members of staff who assist Sauda and the lady who wax and tint my eyebrow. Thank you ladies. You have done an amazing job.

I walk past this salon after shopping in boscome have a look at the prices list I thought that quite reasonable price for my roots retouch went in and ask for root tap didn?t bother to confirm the price because it clearly on the price list at £30 The stylist is a very nice lady, very friendly. I like her, but I was surprised at the end when she told me it?s £55 when I questioned her, she said it?s Regrow price but I said to her, I clearly states that I ask for root only when I walk in, she said okay is £40 I paid Because I can?t be bothered to argue and I think she is nice enough lady but I won?t be back, just because the price-list say one thing But then got charged different from the price advertise which I don?t think is right.And by the way, I think you should put Vaseline or wipe off access colour around my hairline because I wear glasses, so I don?t see when I was in the salon as I got home, there?s a lots of colour on my hair line skin to clean up and very Difficult to get it off because it?s already dry which quite annoying.This review by no mean in anyway want to be negative but just to let you know of my experience.
