Worst care company in my opinion would not recommend. Some staff are lovely and have nothing against them but the general company and management is appalling, i might as well be the career for my mum as they never seem to want to turn up or are always late. Not happy at all

Not the best experience - some carers are very good and turn up on time however others arrive 30 - 45 minutes late regularly . Timings that are sent through are not stuck to - leaving a massive gap in-between calls. Some staff do not even engage with the person that they are providing care for and not all staff wear their PPE properly (no mask).

Better choose somewhere that actually cares and wants to support their client. Management don't give the staff proper direction, and carers have box ticking attitude rather than caring for well being. We all.know how quickly boxes can be ticked, disappointed the allocated timings were never given
