This store advised me to sign up to an expensive 24 month contract with 20GB of data despite me using a non-smartphone device which I showed them. At no point did they advise me that I was paying a premium for a significant amount of data. I feel this was unethical and that they have taken advantage of an older gentleman who is not tech savvy. I advise anyone not wanting data to avoid EE - GiffGaff provide a low data alternative for £6 per month on a monthly contract, over the 24 month period this unethical behaviour would have cost me £288. I am now having to faff around reverting to a more expensive monthly contract with EE in order to get out of the 24 month one as they refuse to cancel even a few days later when my daughter in law explained how they'd taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. Disgusting and unethical. Avoid.

Went there for a cim only or cheap mobile as I'm nearly 80, what did I get was I'll change your BT Internet to EE and new mobile and a tablet, when I told him I not interested he lost intereste and said if you want to go it's OK, too much pressure for me and walked out

I will never ever become a client with EE again, its the worst experience in my entire life employees are sucks they have limited knowledge
Spending 4 hours for a SIM replacement toooo much. The worst is after 4 hours i got back home empty handed. Poor customer service poore store guides poor management.

I came to shop pay my outstanding bill I asked for help from the guy he didn?t even bother to helphe just grab the he is phone and called the costumer service just waste of time ??

Not good service and bad communication. I had a call to say my contract had ended so instead of doing it online I thought I would support the high street and go into EE and talk to them so I booked an appointment. Got there and they were really busy so waited half an hour after my appointment, no problem as I get they were busy but no apology or thanks for waiting, just " next ". Went through my upgrade options etc and was then told we cant give you the phone today , it will get delivered to home address the next day. I said but my day off is today which is why I have come in. Asked to get the address changed to work address but was told not possible. I said I work full time so will not be there, was told they can leave it in a safe place so I gave instructions. When I got home I received a text saying I would need to give the delivery drive a PIN code. I didn't understand as I told the staff member Jemima that I would not be home so why did she suggest to leave it in a safe place if this was not going to be possible ? Spent the whole afternoon ringing the store and they never answered. Rang again in the morning and they eventually answered and was told there was nothing they could do and I would need to ring another number to arrange a different day. I thought I was doing the good thing by actually going in to the store but I have achieved nothing by doing this and have spent time in my working day arranging a different day which will be a whole week after I went in to the store. No wonder people do stuff online if this is what happens when you go into the store. I will not be returning to keep them in a job.

Superb! I was there for hours over two days (a Samsung issue, nothing to do with EE) and had the opportunity to see how all the staff provided outstanding customer service. The patience, understanding, and professionalism shown (especially from Luke, but was delivered by all of them) was just so refreshing. Also, there's a little accessory shop almost opposite. They're proper good too!
