Just collected a Used Vauxhall Corsa from Eden Christchurch, this was a surprise birthday present for our son who is 17 today! Nick & Rob did an excellent job in keeping it a complete and utter surprise, making out they had another vehicle, but not the right colour, then at the perfect moment removed the black cover the car and the colour he wanted. Amazing and quite emotional for all of us to see his reaction. ? ??Thanks to Nick & Rob for making Alfies Birthday wishes come true..

Zander the salesperson dealt with our interest and subsequent purchase of a used ford kuga. He was polite, professional and helpful in every respect. He was away on a course on collection and we were dealt with by Mike who was also professional. There were a couple of small problems but these were resolved satisfactory and Rachel from the service department was extremely helpful in sorting these.

Bought a secondhand Corsa from Branksome branch on 31st May 2023.Had to go back 5 days later as tyre pressures were all over the place, 2 tyres were 49 & 45 psi respectively and windscreen wipers were shredding badly. Got the tyre pressures sorted and wipers changed. Not a good start. On 21st September I couldn't select a gear for about 20 minutes of trying. Then managed to drive away only to get about 400 yards along the road and again couldn't get any gear and in the middle of traffic on Ringwood Road. Eventually found 3rd gear and had to drive home without changing gear. Went up to Branksome Eden. No one is really interested as the ownership had changed to Hendy but still a Vauxhall dealer. Finally got booked in a 3 week wait though. Took car into Hendy vauxhall on 13th October but no booking was found. Left vehicle there. Eventually I had to go to Eden Christchurch to get it sorted. It needed a replacement "pedal box". Finally got the vehicle in to replace the "pedal box" on 20th December and collected it on 21st December.Christchurch people had a totally different attitude towards customers and got the problem sorted as quickly as they could and were able to arrange a loan vehicle while my vehicle was with them.What a difference. Well done Eden Christchurch. Pity I live in Poole. Won't go to Hendy Vauxhall at Branksome ever again !
