One of the best places to shop for your home, lovely section with high quality materials. They have a lovely cafe at the back called Pausa with great menu selection and drinks. Also kids eat free for every adult meal, lovely gesture.

Just bought round pedestal table good quality .but dissatisfied with the colour description on it says off white on the spec .but it is actually ivory not off white .and it states by on the box ivory .so misleading description

I needed some new cushion inserts so thought I'd go to Dunelm.when speaking to a member of staff and explaining that I couldn't use feather as my husband has a reaction to them the member of staff told me i should change my husband and I would not be happy with the hollow fibre one's as they would go flat and I should buy on line instead .i left the store very disappointed and went to john Lewis instead the staff there were amazing and came up with a different solution that worked . so will Not be going back to Dunelm.

Staff absolutely useless.
Restaurant doesn't clear tables very quickly, not one table was wiped. Cutlery was dirty and cups stained. The jacket potatoes were very good, oven baked, good choice of fillings and tasty.

Looked for some Dorma bedding online, found some that I liked so went to the store to buy some and see the true colours and quality of the fabric, rather disappointed the bedding is in cupboards with codes, no staff in site to help, and at the end of the day you can't really know what exactly you are buying,and if the pack is open and the seal is broken there is no returns for rather expensive bedding, so I left empty handed. Just to mention, all of my bedding is Dorma, bought from times you could see it closer up. The last ones bought where bad quality so I had to give absolutely new bedding to the charity. Very disappointed.

A bit of a squeeze. Price competitive. A reasonable experience when you know the normal, in comparison to the competition they are offering a decent all round experience.
