A good range of products but periodic issues with ordering generally, dreadful point of sale that never seems to work and the odd tint going wrong from time to time. Having a trade account doesn't seem to mean anything either in terms of pricing or service received.
Broadly unwelcoming atmosphere unless your part of a club of people that seem to get the friendly red carpet service (presumably the high spenders). I spend an average of £400 a month in this branch and seldom receive good service.
When raising an issue with an order that was completed incorrectly at the desk, the woman I dealt with was extremely unprofessional to say the least and highly argumentative about the simple mistake she had made. Very poor reflection of what is supposed to be a professional decorating supplier that works with tradespeople.
It's unfortunate to have to keep using this branch given the obstinate attitudes of some of its staff. Mistakes should be owned by the people that make them - you shouldn't have to have a massive argument in store over a very small error in the grand scheme of things.
Extremely unprofessional branch - the products are decent but some of the staff are plainly rude and unprofessional.

Stopped here to find a color match to Kobelco excavators blue after being told about this place by staff at Homebase. Staff here I talked with were a great help in finding what I needed and there is parking at the back of the store which is good for Bournemouth.Thank you.
