Excellent all round, wonderful customer service. Kieran was amazing with my 90 year old mum. We were even offered a drink loved shopping in dreams. Would not hesitate to recommend mallard road dreams to anyone. Felt as though I had known Kieran all my life! You have a brilliant employee there so look after him.

Very nice and polite. No pushy sale. Offered a drink and a sleep match. Then a couple of pillows to try the beds out on that we had been matched with. Kieran was very cheerful and easy to speak too. We found the bed and mattress we wanted with his help.

As me and my,partner couldn't decide what we needed or wanted, we've been introduced to Sleep match. We then tried every mattress that was recommended. That saved the time trying ones that were not what we needed.
Clear financing. Smooth process and relatively quick delivery.

We were greeted by Siobhan at the Bournemouth store and was immediately offered a hot drink on a cold day. The sleep machine (sorry forgot the name) was interesting and correctly assessed we would suit a firm mattress. Siobhan then guided us round a number of mattresses giving us well informed data and facts, provided some very comfortable pillows (we bought 2) and helped us settle on the ideal mattress with no pressure to buy t a specific model and no time pressure. Siobhan was also very helpful when selecting accessories. Very happy thst we will have a new, comfy mattress within a couple of weeks.
