This used to be a good takeaway. Just order they were late. Sent the wrong soup not that it made much difference as it went in the bin as it was just gelatin. The house special rice was rank. In the bin. And the red thai beef curry.....the beef was grey and inedible.
Place needs shutting down. Total waste of money

Everything was delicious. Really good taste and good prices too. Definitely my top 1 Chinese restaurant. Delivery was also good and on time :)

Highly recommend, I ordered yesterday and the food was delicious. I love that they don?t use msg in their cooking.

Not impressed with change of management. Was previously very satisfied with food for over a year (once a month treat for family). Takeaway on 19.12.24 not good. Chicken chow mein incredibly bland, roast duck and mushroom was mostly mushroom and very little duck, sauce on chicken satay tasted more coconut than peanut. Also annoying no card payment or website ordering. Won't be returning unless things improve.

I am visiting my Family today, and my Sister suggested to try out from Dragon Inn tonight, as they are re-open today under new management . So we have ordered Crisp Duck Rolls, Salt& Pepper Chicken Wings, Prawn Toast,Chicken curry, Special Chow Mein ,Salt&Pepper Chips. Everything cooked to perfection. Very hot and tasty. Especially them do not use MSG now. The only downside is their website not ready to accept the order, been told by new owner it will ready next week, which is understandable...But they do accept card payment in the shop. All in all, my experience for this first time order is 10/10. Keep up your good work new Dragon Inn team I will come back again when I visiting my Family . Thank you??

This place is absolutely awful I would 100% not recommend ordering from here.
I ordered my food and waited over an hour past their expected delivery time, they rang me an hour later telling me they?re unable to deliver my order and continued to make me go through hassle of tying to cancel it. After over an hour of proceeding to contact dragon inn customer services, none of them answered, leaving me and my children all starving without any food. It also took me a week to get a refund.

Best crispy duck I?ve seen for years. Actually from the bone quarter duck rather than generic not crispy duck stuff.

Ok so they?ve had a few problems with drivers but food is amazing.
With all the delivery drivers joining uber and all that, this place has clearly had issues with getting a reliable driver. However I live on the other side of the road so I don?t need it.
This review is for the food, you can?t beat it. Portions large enough to feed the 5000, really nice flavours and I highly recommend the house chow mein B. In fact all the house dishes have that little extra you just don?t get in a lot of places

Ordered waited an hour and 45 minutes for delivery nothing came after calling and being passed around 3 different people including the driver who said he had delivered it was told to cancel the order and hung up onA complete joke

Sadly lacking the rice was over cooked and covered in sauce of some description and noodles tasteless Tasted pre cooked ? And not fresh - wouldn?t recommend or use again ! Sadly a let down for Christmas Eve !

I had to give 1 star unfortunately but I'd of given no stars if I could, yrs ago this was a reliable great takeaway, something has changed, the last 2 times we have ordered and this is at least 8months in-between they tell you it will be with you in 45 mins and it doesn't turn up, tonight we ordered and gave them 1 last chance, we ordered was told 45mins, so waited and 1hr 10mins later I rang up and asked what's going on, they said the driver was stuck on dual carriageway and was very close, waited again 20more minutes and rang back again, I said look be honest is this food ready, I have kids here that have to go to bed and were meant to eat an HR ago, and they say the driver was stuck with a delivery that didn't answer the door, so I said look surely you give someone 5mins to answer door and if not you carry on delivering to next, was trying to give some feedback, as if u wait there the knock-on effect will go to the next deliveries and he said sorry I haven't got time to talk to you, I said ok is the food going to be here in 7mins that would of been 7pm after ordering at 5.30pm and he said no, total load of lies I said stick it and we will never order from you again I ripped up menu and that's it now, I don't usually leave reviews but I think this called for a review. ZERO STARS AND BUNCH OF LIERS this definitely isn't the original owners of 5 yra ago.
