“I have always had a great experience with this surgery. Receptionists, Nurses and GPs are all lovely. I honestly do not know why there are negative reviews for this surgery. They deal with the appointments they have as well as can be. After all it’s the NHS that provides the budgets for each surgery so no individual surgery can be blamed for limited availabke appointments. Staff need time off and need to spend time with their families too. They can’t be expected to work into the night to clear up a backlog of appointments either. They’re doing the best they can.And I cannot fault this surgery.”
