This pharmacy and pharmacyu2 online are owned by the same people both are dreadful so First time I used this pharmacy despite sending me a text my meds were ready it was not, complications had to speak with reception at shelly Manor both blaming each both offering dreadful services by this time my prescription was overdue they promised to deliver but could not promise. This month no text could not get through by phone. Emailed head office, they promised to get back to me in 24 hours. 6 days ago After 10 days my prescription is still not ready DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO COMPANIES THAT ARE OBVIOUSLY GOING BANKRUPT.

In 3 months of repeat prescriptions. 2 months were wrong . Giving wrong medicines. Should be struck off and fined. Now my 5th. Trip there in 3 months. Useless

This is a second time I go they said haven?t received prescriptions so I have to go twice to surgery obviously they have send it to them but they don?t bother to do there job that?s why I have changed my pharmacy never go again they are so busy they just don?t care

I have always found the staff to be very friendly, polite and helpful. I have seen some people give them a hard time when it is not even their fault. One woman insisted that she was entitled to free medication but she wouldn't listen when they repeatedly and politely said yes, but you have to obtain a certificate from your doctor. They don't deserve the low ratings on here.

Appalling. Never answer the phone, takes them an eternity to order in medicines, and don't text when it's ready. They also seem to close at random times not published anywhere.Last time I went, they were rude and clearly didn't want to serve me as they were closing in 15 minutes. Not closed, were closing soon. I do my job from when I start until when I finish, I don't "tools-down" 15 minutes before and turn the attitude on.I've been toying with using a different pharmacy for a while, will do now. These are the worst.

Absolutely awful staff. Never answer phones as they are too busy telling each other about how blotto drunk they all were over the weekend. Never deliver medication when they say they would or even let you know when they are out of stock of mental health medication. These people are dangerous and I would avoid at all cost. Highly unprofessional, unhelpful and above all?filthy. They are meant to help people and they do far from it. If you want a local pharmacy that will flip you the bird while they flip each other over a few bevvies and brag about it?you?ve stuck gold with these! If you just want your meds without having to chase them, waste your time, or loose any more of your marbles than you already have or run up your phone bill?.find somewhere else!

Wow! This is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever had the misfortune of having to visit?.and believe me that is saying a lot! These people are so disorganised with medication and not even sure if they are properly qualified to be dispensing ?hard drugs? out if you have ever overheard the staff?s personal conversations you would be shocked! Not somewhere to quickly take your children to pick up medication! Be warned! Not that you would get through on the phone lines either?or get your medication due to lack of ?stock??oh hang on?.isn?t that their job to assist sick people? They run out of stock as they are all probably busy using it from overhearing what they get up to on a weekend. Someone should report them! What an absolute joke!

Sad to see the decline , before they were 3 people , never a problem with them , it was clean , they did answered the phone every time , if you were in a new medication the pharmacist will call you to discuss it ,beautiful costumer service , have my prescriptions always on time . Now is caos 7 people talking about their own business , going to collect prescription after a week of ordering , they ask if I have receive a text , I have never receive one, you need to wait an hour to get your meds. And a few times I need to go without my meds for days , terrible , hope they take reviews seriously ,

What an improvement! I went yesterday to collect my prescription. It?s usually a long and tedious process but now the staff are so switched on and efficient. I was in and out within 5 minutes as was everyone else. Polite staff, hard working and professional. Well done guys.

The pharmacists work extremely hard and are often short staffed. As a family when we encounter problems with our prescriptions it is usually due to lack of communication from Shelley Manor medica centre. All the pharmacy staff are very helpful and professional.

I ordered a prescription from my surgery to be delivered here. They used to send a text message when it was ready but after 2 weeks of not receiving one I re-ordered the prescription through the surgery. Another two weeks and nothing; you can't get through on the phone so I went in on the off-chance, which is never a pleasurable experience since you usually have to negotiate your way past the local colourful characters who are pacing up and down, keen to get their Methadone.It turned out they had been sitting on my prescription for a month without letting me know, which just seems irresponsible.This pharmacy used to be open late, but now it's barely open at all.
