I have my prescriptions delivered monthly and I have experienced on several occasions of not knowing day of delivery I try many times to phone but line very busy very frustrating but I have to add that recently delivery much improved and drivers very helpful and polite. This is a much appreciated and needed service for which I thank you and please continue with the improvements.

Due to disability I cannot pick up meds most of the time and have to have them delivered to me. They never tell me when they are planning to deliver my medication. So sometimes I don?t receive them as I?m in an appointment. I have no way of personal or public transport due to my disability.
Today I?ve been prescribed some medicine and I?ve tried to phone over 10 times this morning to organise delivery of this medication. I have this problem frequently where they never answer the phone. I?m very frustrated. I hope they see this so they can improve service.

I visited Day Lewis Pharmacy at Shelly Manor Medical Centre today and had an excellent experience. The pharmacist, Joanna, provided outstanding service. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything about our medication, answered all our questions with patience, and made sure we fully understood how to take the medication safely and effectively. Her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness were truly appreciated. Thank you, Joanna, for your exceptional care!

Had a nightmare trying to get my prescription for antibiotics, why would you lock in my prescription so I cannot collect elsewhere when you have been closed due to no pharmacist! Still trying to get it again through my doctors.

Today for first time I visite there, My priscription was £19.80 a nice lady brought my stuff I asid I want to pay cash, there was a white lady she said to other lady ( we do not take cash)
other lady said why?
she said because we do not have change,
I said ok I do not want My change back I paid 20 quids, a gentelman took my money and paied me back 20 p
Well!
I do not know what should I call her?
rasist, careless, stupid?
she lied when she said we do not take cash
she lied when she said we do not have change back
the other lady was trying to understand why I cannot pay cash and she asked them many times but the did not care they did not even answed Her the white lad was really disrespectiful?

I have nothing but praise for this pharmacy. They are helpful with my prescriptions, always polite and friendly. I consider they go above and beyond with their care. They have also monitered my blood pressure. Very pleased with them.

This pharmacy and pharmacyu2 online are owned by the same people both are dreadful so First time I used this pharmacy despite sending me a text my meds were ready it was not, complications had to speak with reception at shelly Manor both blaming each both offering dreadful services by this time my prescription was overdue they promised to deliver but could not promise. This month no text could not get through by phone. Emailed head office, they promised to get back to me in 24 hours. 6 days ago After 10 days my prescription is still not ready DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO COMPANIES THAT ARE OBVIOUSLY GOING BANKRUPT.

In 3 months of repeat prescriptions. 2 months were wrong . Giving wrong medicines. Should be struck off and fined. Now my 5th. Trip there in 3 months. Useless

This is a second time I go they said haven?t received prescriptions so I have to go twice to surgery obviously they have send it to them but they don?t bother to do there job that?s why I have changed my pharmacy never go again they are so busy they just don?t care

I have always found the staff to be very friendly, polite and helpful. I have seen some people give them a hard time when it is not even their fault. One woman insisted that she was entitled to free medication but she wouldn't listen when they repeatedly and politely said yes, but you have to obtain a certificate from your doctor. They don't deserve the low ratings on here.
