What a great retail experience from start to finish. On going in here today Hazel help us select our goods in a very professional manner and knew what she was selling make the whole experience very easy and pleasant.
There was a sense of care and the conversations we were having was natural not forced . I explained what we needed and Hazel was respectful

Your queuing system needs revisiting.
You allotted time slots for customers is ridiculous and makes not only the server feel rushed but the customer feel unvalued.
Currys you?ve gone down hill massively, sort it out.

Great products and a wide range of selection. Customer service was excellent especially from the staff Calvin who was amazing and was very patient with our whole big purchase. Explained everything nicely and worked well with our needs and things we were looking for. The sales manager Alex was also great and both of them got us a really good deal.

I was waiting to find out how I could leave feedback for Samuel via email, but I?ll just leave it here instead. His service was amazing, and his product knowledge was spot on. I was stuck between getting an iPad with a keyboard and pen or a MacBook, and he helped me come to the right decision.
He even noticed little details, like matching my phone colour to the MacBook, and made sure to accommodate both my uni needs and other uses. He was very honest, and it genuinely felt like he was interested in what I wanted, not just trying to upsell.
Samuel also explained the Currys Care Plan in a way that was clear and informative, and even though I wasn?t interested at first, his approach actually made me reconsider. Well done, Samuel ? keep up the great customer service!

I had a fantastic experience with assistant Oskar from Bournemouth Mallard Retail Park! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process of helping me choose and purchase my new JBL speaker. Oskar not only helped me find the perfect model for my needs and budget, but he also processed my purchase very quickly, which I really appreciated. Thanks to his efficiency and support, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I?m very happy with my purchase and truly grateful for Oskar?s assistance. Highly recommended! Best of the best!

Absolutely diabolical. Paid for next day delivery. Then told by dpd that order may be the following thw day because driver was 6 hours past my delivery slot. So cancelled both items, at least i thought i had, they only cancelled one. At 9pm one rurns up. A full 8 and half hours late. Theyve had the item back over ten days, yet only recieved confirmation yesterday that they have it. Call centre had a full twn second delay on anything i said so complaining was impossible. Basically by the time i get my refund it will be 14 days and the item i had my eye on from a REPUTABLE and punctual company will be gone. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody and i certainly will NEVER use currys. Hideous service.

I am very disappointed with the service level that I have received about this and find the service that you offer absolutely horrendous!
I have paid £400 pounds for my laptop to be fixed to be fixed, after returning the laptop 3 times for the same problem and after you having it for 26 days, I still have the same problem.
To give you all the details:
On the 12 February was dropped off.
On the 14 February it arrived at the Repair Centre
On the 18 February it was looked at for the first time
On the 19 February I spoke to a technician and gave them the information they needed as well as sending them the BitLocker code.
I was then called again on the 20 and 21 February in which I gave additional information.
The laptop was then returned on Tuesday 25 February.
I picked up the laptop on Friday and it was not working and freezing all the time.
I spoke to Curry?s Customer Services and then they told me to return this.
I retuned the laptop the next day on 1 March.
On the 4 March it arrived at the repair centre.
I was contacted again to ask for the same BitLocker code, which I then send again.
I was told that the laptop would be reset and tested.
The laptop returned on 6 February and I picked it up on Sunday 9 March, while in the store, I opened the laptop and within 10 minutes the laptop had frozen again.
The laptop was not reset and NO work had been done on the laptop. This was evident as I had changed the laptop and no person from the Repair Centre had contacted me. How could you reset a computer without opening up and logging into the laptop?
A person who worked in store said that they would do the reset. They said that it would take a couple of hours and asked me to return.
I returned at 3:00 pm and the person said that the laptop would not be completed that day and for me to return the following day.
I returned the following day and after taking it home it has frozen 4 times in a few hours.

I was so appalled by the lack of professionalism and overall rude conduct of staff. I visited Currys today with my sister to source a laptop and each member of staff either ignored us or were flat out rude and refused our requests to help source a particular laptop model online. The one exception was Peter. He was extremely respectful, honest and helpful and the only reason why we ended up purchasing a laptop. A huge thank you to Peter - 100% recommend going to him for advice with computers. He deserves a raise. For the rest of the staff, you need to work on your etiquette.

customer service at the Mallard road branch is non existent.
i was advised to go there by car phone/vodafone help line.
four staff members standing in huddle gassing totally ignored the fact that a customer had been waiting an age. not one decided to ask if i needed help.
A member of staff on the support counter was doing a data transfer for a lady customer new phone, only spoke to me when the lady customer apologised to me!
And after that i was simply told they couldn't issue a sim and i had to go to Vodafone shop.
Now , I run a business too, if any of my employees acted like this they would be gone.
Today , I remembered why I don't shop in currys and use Richer sounds for TV and sound.
I advise anyone vote with your feet.

Took over half a hour for a employee to come and unlock a phone case from the stand so I could buy it. Absolutely shocking
