The attitude of the shop owner was cocky, brash, insulting, short, and overall he went out of his way to be as unhelpful as possible. He accused my brother of lying whilst making up little lies about the situation as he went along. This guy is in the wrong job. He is incredibly negative. Shocking attitude to customers. How he remains in business is beyond me.

*BEWARE*
A message to anyone who is considering having mail sent here.
I recently purchased 2 items on Ebay from 2 separate vendors. Given that I work and live abroad, I needed an address to where I could send mail to and collect during a recent quick visit to the UK.
During the purchase process on Ebay, this address showed up on two separate occasions. One might fairly assume that it is a service offered by Costcutter since Ebay offered it at check out.
An attempt to call the shop prior to delivery revealed an obsolete phone number. Anyhow, the courier tried to deliver a box but the owner had declined to accept it on my behalf.
Fortunately in the absence of the owner, one of his staff had accepted the second parcel.
When I visited the shop on Friday to speak with the owner I was met with hostility and suspicion and was questioned who was I etc etc..
I kept my cool and politely explained my circumstances and the fact that I tried to make contact but to no avail and that Ebay had offered up his shop as a collection point. Something that he flat out denied and added that he had never offered that service.
When I asked about the whereabouts of my parcel he reached over and picked up my mail which had been opened and gone through. He boasted that he was going to throw it out and said that his colleague had accepted it in his absence and that he didn't know what was in there. I felt that he was being very rude and obstructive despite my polite reasoning.
I did receive one parcel but the other had been returned to sender by the courier with a charge at my expense. No parcel. Out of pocket. A terrible experience with the most unreasonable of shop keepers who was argumentative and abrasive.
Strongly advise that you avoid.

Average. Worked as intended but would never go there again. Came in told the casheer that I had an everi parcel to drop off she replied with "that's nice" in a sneaky tone then said nothing. When I asked her to point me to the machine she did so and I said "you got me I'm not sure how it works" to which she told me that wasn't her problem. Once using the machine she spoke to the other cashier as both staff were just chatting behind the counter that "this woman came in and asked me to help her, I would have but she seemed impatient so I didn't" thats litterly her job to help. So TlDR looks like a tidy well priced shop spoiled by disgruntled staff

would give a 0 but i can?t
got denied access to shop for being disabled because i had an assistance dog, he FULLY made us carry my assistance dog around if i was to have an episode my dog cannot help me and i could get hurt and he continued to shout at me while i was getting items, worst shop ever denying medical equipment HORRIBLE
