It's surprisingly bigger than looked outside, actually it has a big sitting area. It was early morning when I visited the cafe, almost empty. The customer service was excellent and friendly. Had a toastie and coffee, which was very nice starter on a cold day like this.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access at the front and the back too

I was visiting a friend in Bournemouth. We went in for coffee. I don't know the language, but observing the staff and the attitude towards the customer, it's ok. However, the cleanliness of the spoon and the tray where the coffee and cake were served...yyyy....what a disaster!!!! I have a photo but I won't post it because the so-called The sanitary inspectorate would probably visit them.Overall, I recommend it, but next time I would probably take it in a takeaway cup, which would not be appropriate.

The service can be slow at times and tables are often left with empties on them for some time. Having said that, the coffee and drinks selection is good and the location is very convenient.
